Annamaria Leib (“Anna”) joined Blueprint Commercial Real Estate in April 2024 as an Operations Consultant. Anna brings her diverse background and experience to our team, creating optimal processes and procedures for our organization. Prior to joining our team, Anna spent over five years at various commercial real estate companies, focusing on client relationships, as well as organizational and office support. Anna’s background has focused on portfolio management, document drafting, organizational efficiency and implementing innovative ideas and software to improve client services.

Prior to beginning her career in commercial real estate, Anna was a paralegal at a handful of law firms, focusing on different specialties in and around the Philadelphia region. Anna’s expertise is in organizational efficiencies with a keen eye for innovative solutions. Her strong time management skills and demonstrated excellent customer service and strategic thinking bring our firm the focus needed to be efficient and effective to provide the best to our clients. Her skills allow us to have productive communications with clients to ensure long-term, successful relationships with our valued clients.

Anna is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA but relocated to Southwest Florida with her husband in early 2021. Outside of work, Anna can be found in the kitchen, cooking and baking for her family and friends. Anna and her husband are also enjoying parenting as they welcomed their son in 2023. Anna enjoys going to the beach and traveling with her family and their two dogs, Mario and Rudy.
