We have long dreamed of running our own brokerage because we believed that this industry deserved better. After decades of integrating ourselves into the market, its influential brokerages, and dealing with assets and transactions of all types, we knew the time had come to fulfill that dream. We created our own Blueprint, and knew that it was time to do the same for our clients.

I excel in market research, site selection, tenant and landlord representation, and evaluating acquisition and expansion opportunities for buyers and tenants. I specialize in serving nonprofits, social service agencies, and government entities, leveraging my deep neighborhood relationships to assist developers in acquiring land for mixed-use and multifamily developments. I excel in landlord and tenant representation, acquisition evaluation, and portfolio analysis. Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, fly fishing, and outdoor activities.
